Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://musicianstoday.com/ (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access the Service. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Editorial Guidelines.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Delaware Uniform Arbitration Act and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out within 30 days of acceptance. Arbitration applies to individual claims only and waives class action rights. This clause does not apply to employment-related disputes. We make no representation that the Service or any content complies with laws outside the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Arbitration Procedures
- Claims may be resolved in small claims court where eligible
- Arbitration may occur in your county or another mutually agreed location
- Arbitration is confidential, individual-only, and governed by AAA Consumer Rules
- You have 30 days from first acceptance of these Terms to opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected]
- If AAA is unavailable, the parties will choose an alternative forum
- Injunctive relief and IP claims may still be filed in court
- Arbitration will be on an individual basis; class, consolidated, or representative actions are not permitted
